Crossfit 100 pushups & 100 pullups (Superset both ended up doing 30 pushups each set and 10 pullups 1st time, 8 pull ups the 2nd and 3rd time, 6 pull ups the 4th and 5th time)
Superset lat pull downs with Incline barbell presses
Superset low rope pulls with flat dumbell presses
