Commute to work and ride

Commuted back and forth to work.  Left early to ride 25 minutes (4+ miles) on the way in.  Rode the bike again after work, starting with 5.11 miles from the commuting. Avg speed 11.1 mph.  Back seems to improve alittle every day.  What a relief.  Another beautiful summer day.  This summer has been incredible.
