We did it! The hardest physical (and mental) activity I've ever done. 100 miles and 20,000' climbing according to all our Garmins.
It took 21:30 hours overall (start midnight, finish 9:30pm). 15:29 hrs actual riding time. We started with 37F temps, with it climbing up to mid-70s (although it felt much hotter than that).
There were three of us, all riding at different paces and with different strengths, but regrouping frequently. I don't think it would have been possible without Dirk & Roy.. you guys are awesome!
And a special thanks to Paul Nam and BrianW who hung around in the Hunting Hollow carpark, tailgating for at least 3 hours after trailwork, waiting to celebrate our ride with us! According to Paul, who would know, nobody has ever done this in Coe before!
