Group Goals & Community Challenges

Plus 3 Employee Challenges are a great way to encourage activity and increase participation. Our staff can assist you in creating customized, fun short-term and long-term goals to inspire and engage the varied interests of your clubhouse mates and/or our global membership. And Plus 3 prepares monthly reports, relieving you of the management hassle.

We offer three types of challenges:

  1. Global Challenges—open for all Plus 3 members regardless of where the work.
  2. Clubhouse Challenges—open for all employees in your Clubhouse.
  3. Department & Location Challenges—Sub-Groups can compete and compare.

In general, there are four components to each challenge:

  1. Activity you wish to track (let's say walking or volunteer hours).
  2. Challenge duration (let's say 90 days).
  3. Rewards milestone (let's say 30 walking activities entered).
  4. Rewards eligibility (the first 20 members to hit the rewards milestone win XYZ).

Choose your Cause or Causes
  • Consider charities that will resonate with your organization and are in-line with the company philosophy and mission. If your organization already supports a non-profit(s), we can begin conversations with the charities immediately.
  • Think globally and act locally. Allowing the selection of a national or international cause for those with broad intentions as well as choosing a local cause for those wanting to make a difference in your backyard increases buy-in.
  • Determine Annual Donation Pool (e.g. $5000; $10,000; $100,000 for all enrolled employees).
  • Plus 3 does not charge administration fees. 100% of donations transact to the non-profit partners.
Establish Eligibility
  • We want to ensure that enrollment is a snap and that we group everyone eligible for your reports. If your employees use a work email, that is the simplest enrollment mechanism.
  • If your workforce does not have access to a home or work computer, consider providing a computer kiosk to track progress. Activity cards can be offered to assist tracking.
