Didn't try to hammer it like I did last time. Cleared a few sections which I've been having issues with on the last two rides. I started around 4 pm which is odd for me since I'm typically a morning ride kind of guy. It was kind of a nice change of pace. I'm a more mellow rider at night. I was also rocking out tonight with the iPhone (no lectures please!) I think i'm going to start doing core strength training tomorrow. Very flat trail not very hard but kind of fun in that tooling around kind of way. There are a few interesting drops into the washes that kept me on my toes.
