5 MILE RUN @ HELLYER PARK

96 days till Boston!!! .6 mile warm up, stretching, wanna be 2 mile tempo, 2 mile form/foot strike, and .6 mile cool down. Tried to run a 6 mile tempo run, ended up running 4 workout miles and 1.2 miles of warm up/cool down miles. Felt beat up after one and a half miles. Just worked on form and foot strike for the last two miles. Not fully recovered from the weekend, thought I was.
