How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is currently FREE in the US and Canada on all items in the Plus 3 Member Marketplace. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Free Shipping on your entire order. If you need to ship to a country not on our list, please contact customer service at Plus 3 Support for Free shipping authorization.

Standard Shipping
Our Standard Shipping includes USPS Priority Mail or 1st Class Mail and UPS Ground, and will be selected on the basis of which is most appropriate for delivery to your shipping address. For Continental U.S. shipments, please allow up to 10 business days. Shipping to AK, HI, PR, Guam, VI and approved International delivery could require up to 30 days. Currently we do not offer expedited deliveries such as overnight, two-day, or priority shipping.

Canadian Shipping
Our prices are shown in U.S. Currency. All Canadian orders will be sent via U.S. Mail and a delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to the customs process. Shipping could require up to 30 days. Also note: Canadian Customs will bill you for GST, a processing fee and duty, based on the value of the items in the order. Unfortunately we are unable to quote these additional costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Plus 3 Support within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
